## Job description

岗位职责
- 对搜索、推荐场景的交易效率负责，优化搜推的query理解、召回、排序全链路，通过商品、药品、医生、医院排序提升GMV转化、用户活跃和留存；协同研发、算法、数据等多方，推动产品落地与持续迭代；
- 负责搜索、推荐产品能力的对外赋能，支持平安其余子公司（如好福利、金管家、好车主等）、公司内部基础系统等场景的搜推能力输出；
- 负责搜推运营资源管理，体验问题收集处理。包括搜推入口资源位管理、赋能场景管理、价值追踪及定期复盘。各渠道的搜索体验问题自查、收集、排查问题并及时线上修复；
- 负责搜推日常数据管理及分析，包括监测搜推数据异常并排查，例行统计日、周、月、年数据。根据数据变化，及时调整搜索与推荐策略，从而提升收入转化。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历，有一定互联网运营经验
