## Job description

岗位职责 1.负责客户的投资咨询服务及维护，为客户提供股票投资、产品配置等相关服务； 2.研究总部投研策略，针对客群特点提供针对性服务和产品，积极参加学习培训，提升个人客户经营的专业性。 任职资格 1. 本科或以上学历，金融类相关专业优先； 2.2023年毕业，有银行或券商实习经验的优先；2022年条件优异的毕业生也可视为招聘对象； 3.已通过证券从业考试，具有宏观、行业、个股基本面分析等基础能力； 4.通过基金从业、投顾从业资格考试，或具备CFA/CPA/AFP等金融专业证书资质优先。
