## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责小微企业主及个人信用类产品营销、客户开拓和维护；
- 聚焦商机营销和存量客户经营，包括意向客户挖掘转化、业务经办承接；
- 负责客户业务受理与贷前调查工作，如实介绍产品并告知客户相关权益和义务；
- 落实贷款业务经办承办、贷中、贷后管理，为客户提供综合服务，提升存量客户续借复贷等；
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，确保业务合法合规。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，学士及以上学位，条件优秀者可放宽至大专。
- 具有个贷、普惠销售经历或个贷、普惠小微资源者优先；
- 沟通及表达能力佳，具备较强的抗压能力与开拓能力；
- 具有良好团队协作意识与合规意识；
- 无不良从业记录和监管处罚记录。
