## Job description

### 岗位职责 岗位职责
- 负责统筹电话中心续保业务的对接与管理；
- 制定并推动实施分渠道、分产品的T续保方案；
- 拟定脱落客户续保电话回访话术及跟进规则；
- 负责续保、脱落客户回访的业绩检视、续保效果评估；
- 负责制定及实施T续保、脱落客户回访的推动方案；
- 其他涉及续保管理的相关工作 。

### 任职资格 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历，金融经济相关专业 ；
- 金融保险及相关领域工作经验2年（优异者放宽要求） ；
- 具有较强的沟通协调能力。
