## Job description

岗位职责
- 业务推动方案的制定与落实，阶段性业务推动中问题的诊断及改进建议；
- 总、分公司的各项政策、制度、管理规定、作业流程等的宣导与推动；
- 所属支公司、营业部业务计划的追踪；
- 新产品、产品组合的宣导与推动；计划书制作、陪同展业、招投标展示；完成领导交办的其它工作； 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.1-3年相关工作经验 3.具有杰出的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，杰出的沟通协作、担当精神，杰出的执行力，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，本职外愿意额外承担工作，杰出的抗压耐力
