## Job description

岗位职责 1． 负责部门代理人培训工作，对所负责板块的指标负责； 2． 辅导代理人专业知识，监督管理代理人展业动态，及课程优化开发； 3． 协助安排专职代理人其他相关工作； 4． 追踪代理人业绩及增员指标达成。 任职资格 1． 本科及以上学历，有授课或者培训经验优先； 2． 性格外向，普通话标准，有良好的沟通表达能力； 3． 熟练掌握Excel等常用的办公软件。
