## Job description

### 岗位职责 1、负责银行账务核算质量管理，包括但不限于

核算需求的评审与系统测试、跟进并解决核算问题、支持重大账务系统的升级与改造项目，构建基于“系统、流程、交易”三位一体的账务核算管理体系，确保账务核算的准确性、及时性与合规性。 2、负责核算知识培训与核算规则整理，包括但不限于：梳理并更新核算规则与知识库，组织内部核算知识培训，提升核算能力与意识，推动核算流程的标准化与规范化。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，会计、金融、审计相关专业优先；
- 熟悉会计准则，具有银行业务核算工作经验，有参与或主导过账务系统相关经验者优先；
- 具有良好的学习能力、执行能力、跨部门协同能力与抗压能力，敢于创新和挑战，无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录。
