## Job description

岗位职责
- 全面负责分行对公产品经理团队的管理工作，包括战略规划、团队建设及日常运营;
- 领导团队开发和优化交易银行、基金生态等相关业务产品，确保产品符合市场需求及监管要求;
- 推动分行对公业务产品的创新及市场应用，提升产品竞争力;
- 负责分行对公业务产品的风险控制及合规管理，确保业务稳健发展;
- 协调内外部资源，推动分行对公业务产品与公司其他业务的协同发展。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备5年以上金融产品开发经验，尤其在信贷融资产品领域有丰富经验;
- 熟悉交易银行相关产品及业务流程;
- 具备带领5人以上团队的经验;
- 具备战略规划能力，能够制定并实施团队发展计划;
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与内外部多个部门有效协作。
