## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责分支行新客户承接落地，同步开展存量潜力基础客户的精细化维护与深度经营工作；
- 运用超级企微、电话商机、自媒体等数字化经营工具及配套策略，完成客户批量触达、精准经营与高效服务；
- 负责存款、理财产品营销及银管业务推进，精准筛选优质客户并向上输送至财富队伍，助力客群层级提升。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，1年及以上金融行业从业经验，具备扎实的金融专业基础；
- 熟知银行各类产品特性及营销逻辑，服务意识强、营销能力突出，持有理财类专业资格证书者优先；
- 具备优秀的沟通协调与落地执行能力，应变敏捷，精通电话销售技巧，恪守合规底线，职业素养优良。
