## Job description

岗位职责
- 牵头负责与当地人行、金融监管机构的日常沟通与事务协调；组织落实监管数据报送、现场检查配合、合规材料归档等工作，确保分公司合规运营。
- 负责集团各子公司及属地机构关系的开拓与维护，推进存量业务稳定运行，积极挖掘新业务机会，提升业务规模与收入贡献，以实现营业利润为目标导向。
- 熟悉并严格执行公司各项规章管理制度，确保工作流程标准化、可追溯；规范使用销售费用，合理控制成本支出，符合财务合规要求。
- 高效完成总部下达各类专项任务或临时工作，确保政令畅通、执行到位。

### 任职资格 学历

本科及以上学历 专业背景：保险、金融、经济等相关专业优先 年龄范围：30–40周岁 工作经验：5年以上金融行业从业经验、3年以上销售推动、渠道管理或客户经营类岗位经验、有分支机构独立运营经验者优先。

### 核心能力

有一定的外部客户资源、具备良好的沟通能力与抗压能力、服务意识强，责任心高、熟悉金融监管基本要求，具备合规意识。
