岗位职责 1 辅助咨询中心总监、营业部经理管理咨询队伍 2 营造咨询中心积极争先的良好气氛 3 管理咨询顾问/团队主管素质，制定咨询顾问/团队主管培训计划 4 执行公司各项规章制度，负责中心的合规工作 任职资格
- 教育程度 本科及以上学历
- 相关经验 2年以上金融从业经历，其中1年以上组训经验者优先
- 专业能力 具备数据分析能力、较强的培训能力，富有工作热情
- 核心能力 具有较强的沟通协调及表达能力、组织策划能力
