## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责对所督导营业单位进行中台（包含核保、续期、保全、理赔）政策和知识的宣导、咨询，等一站式业务支持工作，促进督导单位业务发展和服务品质提升。

### 在职单续期收费
- 对所辖营业单位代理人进行续期收费督导、追踪，协助困难件的攻关，推动续期目标达成。

### 孤儿单续期收费
- 联合线上服务人员进行孤儿单交费提醒，困难件劝阻工作。

### 孤儿单客户服务
- 为孤儿保单提供客户预约的保全、理赔，品质风险前置排查等服务工作。
- 风险单排查化解。 任职资格
- 大专及以上学历。
- 熟练掌握办公软件。
- 善于沟通及表达。
