### 部组经营数据化平台建设
- 推动部组数据化经营平台搭建

### 部组经营能力建设
- 推动部组经营能力跃迁 任职资格
- 本科及以上
- 具备部组管理、企划、分析经验
- 掌握营业部经营运作及相关推动经验
- 数据分析及处理能力，报告撰写能力 擅长部组案例萃取及宣导
