## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司风险规则体系完善，参与规则评估、布置、监控、检视，对异常指标进行回溯；
- 研究、分析各类型风险案件,深度挖掘,提出应对措施,优化风险策略；
- 深入了解融资租赁产品的产品属性、业务场景、用户画像，协助策略进行策略迭代与调优；
- 领导交办的其他工作 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，掌握经济学、金融学、统计学及数据分析相关知识，熟练掌握数据库基础，熟悉Python；
- 对数据敏感,具有缜密的逻辑思维能力，有较强的风险意识及沟通表达能力；
- 熟悉融资租赁或信贷金融常见的欺诈行为，具有较强的规则提炼能力；
