## Job description

岗位职责

### 市场研究与业务拓展
- 负责分析当地市场动态，挖掘煤炭企业、铁路板块及政保合作机会，同时搭建政保资源库以拓展合作渠道。

### 定制化保险服务设计
- 结合地方经济发展需求，重点拓展非车险类客户并提供政保合作、煤企合作等定制化服务。

### 客户维护与商机转化
- 通过深化煤企、铁路、政保板块的沟通与资源对接，主动识别政策导向下的潜在商机，推动政保合作项目落地。 任职资格
- 大专及以上学历，
- 具有大项目开拓、政企对公客户、煤企客户、铁路货运维护经验者优先；
- 具有较好的市场敏感、商机挖掘、营销规划、沟通协调能力、招投标管理者优先。
