## Job description

岗位职责
- 落实总分行下达的业务发展目标，牵头制定并执行团队战略客户营销策略及具体工作计划；
- 负责总分行级战略客户的拓展、维护及综合金融服务方案落地，提升客户综合贡献度；
- 统筹团队管理，包括人员配置、绩效考核、培训赋能等。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历； 2.5年以上公司金融业务经验，2年以上战略客户服务或团队管理经历； 3.在战略客户营销管理方面具有丰富经验，具有处理复杂问题的能力。具备客户资源者优先； 4.良好的职业操守、沟通协调能力、风险意识强，无违法及金融违规记录。
