## Job description

岗位职责

### 案件管理
- 案件监控、入催和负荷管理、人力计划制定；

### 策略管理
- 策略管理和监控，以数据监控为核心，监控异常和风险，督导机构改善，总结优秀经验复制推广；

### 政策、信函等资源管理
- 联动平安银行，明确减免、分期政策规则和额度，推动政策精准投放；

### 业务模式优化
- 推动业务线模式改革或优化，结合客群分层细化进行策略持续优化；进行专项数据分析，结合一线作业产出策略建议；

### 数据类
- 搭建数据报表体系，推动数据中台底表上线并持续完善底表逻辑，产出各维度自动化报表，推动漏斗数据体系搭建，包括总部的漏斗数据体系搭建，协助机构搭建各层级漏斗数据；

### 项目推动
- 承接新业务、新模式研究，推动项目落地推广、持续优化。 任职资格
- 具备银行业或数据分析类工作，工作经验3年以上，最好是有贷后经验；
- 熟练使用SQL，具备编程能力优先；
- 金融/经济、市场营销、统计分析类相关专业优先
