## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助规划寿险银保渠道长期发展战略，形成分公司可落地执行方案；
- 协助制定分季度业务激励方案，确保分公司业务推动有方法、有节奏；
- 督导分公司落实标准化建设，有序衔接总部各项工作要求，实现进阶发展；
- 根据总分业务节奏，搭建有效的数据追踪体系，及时跟进落后机构并提出解决方案；
- 落实上级交代的其他报告撰写及数据追踪类工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、统计、数学等相关专业优先；
- 逻辑性强、沟通协调能力强、主动且善于思考，战略规划、项目管理、数据分析类相关经验优先；
- 进取心强，学习能力强，熟练掌握Powerpoint、Excel运用。
