岗位职责
- 银行保险培训计划制定和执行；
- 内外部渠道培训授课和项目推进；
- 业务指标追踪反馈，机构销售情况的追踪分析。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历（有学位）； 2、有较强的语言文字表达能力、规划能力、有银保培训经验者优先。
