## Job description

岗位职责
- 研究国内外金融市场的大类资产配置模型、产品筛选模型、再平衡模型、交易策略等，并进行数量化实证分析；
- 确立量化投资理念、数据收集与挖掘、构建策略模型；
- 独立完成策略模型设计、开发、回测到实盘运行跟踪的全过程；
- 与跨公司跨部门团队合作，满足个性化需求及落地；
- 完成部门安排的其他工作。 任职资格 1、硕士及以上学历，金融、数学、计算机等相关专业； 2、3年及以上工作经验，有扎实的统计分析功底，快速精准的分析能力，精通Python，有机器学习经验者优先； 3、英文好，能熟练阅读英文学术文献，愿意分享和承担责任，勇于探索与坚持创新； 4、有基金从业资格（科目一科目二必过），有CFA、FRM证书者优先。
