## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责分公司团体直销业务的拓展与管理；
- 开发并维护企业客户资源，挖掘客户需求；
- 跟进业务全流程，包括客户恰谈、方案设计、报价、签约及后续服务支持；
- 维护与渠道合并伙伴、企业HR及采购部门的长期合作关系；
- 收集时长信息，研判竞品布局与策略，为公司产品与服务优化提供建议。 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，在金融-保险行业，有3-5年团体直销业务经理工作经验，具有企业客户资源者优先； 2.具备良好的客户服务意识、抗压能力及团队协作精神。
