## Job description

岗位职责 Core Responsibilities

### Support end-to-end project delivery
- requirements → UAT → go-live
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and document BRD / user stories / process flows
- Track project progress, timelines, and key deliverables
- Coordinate with stakeholders (business, IT, vendors)
- Support UAT preparation, execution, and defect tracking
- Assist in risk, issue, and change management 任职资格 Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in insurance / financial services / IT projects
- Basic understanding of non-life insurance (motor, property, claims, underwriting)
- Experience in business analysis or system implementation support
- Familiar with requirement documentation and process mapping
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
