## Job description

岗位职责
- 按照公司财务制度开展业务财务评审、业务过程财务管理；
- 开展业务核算、如实反映经营财务成果，提供财务建议；
- 响应前线在展业过程中所需财务专业支持，管理业务财务风险；
- 创新业务进行财务结构设计、损益论证及财税合规安排；创新业务财务管理流程设计、创新业务财务模块系统建设； 任职资格
- 扎实财会知识储备及专业技能，较强的学习能力及实务运用能力；
- 具备内控敏感意识，对业务财税合规风险及财务管理风险有充分认知；
- 做事情有耐心、执行力较强、抗压能力强；具备服务意识及良好的沟通能力；
