## Job description

岗位职责 1.在部门领导的统筹下，做好本团队管理，结合业务团队的特点，分解和制定、达成团队业务目标的具体工作计划； 2.通过有效的日常活动量管理、针对性的辅导训练，提升团队成员技能和产能。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有3-5年个贷工作经验；
- 责任心强，具有较强的营销、沟通、协调和公关能力；
- 具有银行或其他金融机构工作者优先。
