岗位职责

### 核保报价
- 团财核保报价、产品推动、陪展风勘等；

### 经营分析
- 保费调度、业绩追踪、成本管理等；

### 渠道管理
- 财产险、意外险、农险等商机收集、项目推动、节点营销、团群其他管理要求。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，精算、数学、统计、计算机等相关专业优先；
- 具备较好的逻辑思维能力，数据敏感性强且细致、善于思考，乐于发现问题，善于从数据层面分析原因；
- 独立解决问题能力较强，沟通协调能力较好。
