## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责为分行公司客户跨境业务经营管理活动提供政策解读和咨询意见，向总、分行提供外汇政策合规信息和建议，负责分行公司客户跨境产品及业务的政策合规协审；
- 密切关注外汇及跨境人民币法规/监管文件/工作通知的下发，传达落实监管部门及总行外汇政策，及时准确解读并指导分行跨境业务开展；
- 负责分行跨境业务的推动和业务政策培训宣导，研究跨境业务的新场景、新模式；
- 组织分行跨境业务合规评审检查/调研，撰写检查报告/调研报告；开展跨境业务日常合规监控。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，三年以上金融领域从业经验，英语专业、具备留学经历与对公业务经验优先；
- 具体较强的学习能力和抗压能力，能够较快地熟悉跨境金融业务；
- 有一定同业关系，能够较快地熟悉国际业务产品及推动方法；
- 善于数据分析、逻辑思维能力，自我驱动、积极主动。
