## Job description

岗位职责
- 承接和维护支行分层经营的移交客户，保持客户资产规模并取得增长，增加营收、提高客户忠诚度；
- 通过MGM和自拓增加财富客户、私行客户，促进潜力客户升级；以客户为中心，不断挖掘和满足客户需求，为客户提供个性化的投资建议和理财方案，实现客户财富的保值增值；全方面满足客户需求，开展交叉销售，促进客户升级。
- 积极配合和参与团队管理，提供合理化建议，保持积极向上的团队氛围；贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保业务品质及合规。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，至少有1年金融工作经验；
- 熟悉银行产品，服务营销能力强，持有基金从业资格证、AFP、CFP等理财专业证照者优先；
- 追求卓越、具有商业敏感性、沟通能力强，合规意识强.
