## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹分行半导体、集成电路赛道整体战略布局、团队建设与业务指标达成，打造分行硬科技科创标杆赛道。
- 负责半导体行业龙头企业、重点培育企业、上市及拟上市企业的深度合作、综合授信及重大项目落地。
- 针对半导体研发投入大、迭代快、产业链高度集中的特点，搭建科技金融、投贷联动、产业链批量开发体系。
- 带领半导体行业客户经理团队，做策略指导、项目攻坚、专业培训，打造专业化硬科技对公队伍。
- 深度对接高新区、工业园区、相城科创载体、工信、科技部门、头部创投机构，获取一手优质科创项目资源。
- 精准把控半导体行业周期风险、技术风险、现金流风险，优化客群结构，保障行业条线高质量发展。
- 上级交办的其他各项工作。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历。 2.5 年以上对公金融经验，具备半导体 / 集成电路 / 硬科技科创行业攻坚或团队管理经验优先。 3.熟悉科技金融政策、专精特新体系、投贷联动模式，能独立统筹千万级、亿级重大授信项目。 4.具备苏州半导体产业链、科创园区、政府平台、创投机构优质资源者优先。 5.能带团队、打硬仗、有成熟行业经营思路，可搭建赛道化、专业化对公打法。
