## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责银行账户体系（如I/II/III类账户、联名账户等）及支付产品（如快捷支付、收单业务、代收付、跨境支付等）的全生命周期管理，包括需求挖掘、产品设计、功能迭代及落地推广；
- 深入分析客户支付习惯与市场趋势，结合监管政策（如人行账户管理办法、支付清算规则等），制定产品规划，推动产品创新（如场景化支付、智能账户管理等）；
- 联动技术、运营、风控等跨部门团队，推进产品系统开发与上线，确保功能落地质量与时效；
- 监控产品运营数据（如开户转化率、支付交易量、客诉率等），输出分析报告，针对性优化产品体验与功能；
- 对接分行及业务部门，收集一线需求，制定差异化产品策略，支撑业务获客与交易规模增长；
- 跟踪行业动态（如竞品产品策略、新兴支付技术）及监管政策变化，确保产品合规性与市场竞争力。
- 及时响应客户反馈的核心账户支付问题及咨诉处理。 任职资格 1) 本科及以上学历，金融、计算机、电子商务等相关专业优先； 2) 3-5年银行或支付机构账户/支付领域产品经验，熟悉账户体系设计、支付清算流程、跨境支付规则者优先； 3) 具备较强的需求分析与产品设计能力，能独立输出PRD、原型设计，熟练使用Axure、Visio等工具 4) 具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力、项目推动能力及逻辑分析能力，有大型支付产品落地经验者优先； 5) 对金融科技（如OpenBanking、数字货币等）有研究或实践经验者优先；
