## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责协调各对公产品条线的培训资源，搭建并优化大对公产品培训体系，组织落实各项培训任务和要求
- 牵头对公条线品宣管理，收集业务素材，负责对公优秀案例的开发、推广、宣传
- 负责公私联动业务的统筹协调，对公团队代发业务的数据统计、通报、督导及重大项目的落地跟进，帮助对接零售解决团队营销问题
- 协助承接对公条线各类会议组织安排 任职资格
- 全日制大学本科及以上学历；
- 年龄35岁以下；
- 具有较强的沟通协调能力、学习能力，文字、口头表达能力优秀；
- 具有良好的职业道德，诚实守信，廉洁自律，无不良从业记录。
