## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责审批诉讼保全、委托律师、债务减免、以物抵债等各类业务，结合法律法规，对处置方案、清收策略等出具审查意见。
- 负责编写/管理/更新零售问题资产诉讼清收相关的各项的制度、政策和流程；
- 负责为分行经营管理和业务开展提供法律咨询，完成各类文书的法律合规审查、评审。 任职资格
- 法学（律）专业，具备法律职业资格。
- 熟悉银行业务、国家经济金融政策和诉讼保全有关的法律法规，三年以上银行法律、律师或司法机关工作经验；
- 具备较强综合分析、沟通协调和法律思维逻辑能力，具有金融机构审查、涉诉案件处理经验优先。
