## Job description

岗位职责

### 通道运营
- 通过社群、微信、平台等多通道组合运营，动态调整资源投放策略，实现策略效益最大化；

### 客户运营
- 通过分析客户画像，构建客户全生命周期差异化运营体系，利用精细化分群与服务触点优化，提升客户粘性；

### 产品运营
- 分析产品优势及竞争力，结合客户需求及痛点，输出产品运营矩阵，挖掘客户需求；

### 数据分析
- 建立以运营结果为导向的数据监控体系，深度挖掘运营指标的根因，持续迭代优化运营方案； 任职资格
- 本科（含）以上学历；
- 两年以上私域运营或培训运营相关经验；
- 具备文案组织、活动策划、队伍培训能力，具有较强的客户洞察力、抗压能力、学习能力、辅导能力、执行能力和归纳分析能力等。
