## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责渠道开拓、与外部渠道进行商务谈判，负责渠道合作模式洽谈，确定合作意向；
- 推动合作目标达成，以结果为导向完成业绩目标，并进行日常业绩达成追踪；
- 负责团队招聘、培训，搭建人才梯队；
- 负责团队资源协调和分配、展业督导、合规培训等日常管理；
- 完成公司交办的其他各项工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具备证券从业资格、基金从业资格；
- 五年以上金融机构团队管理工作经验，有渠道资源者优先；
- 具备良好的沟通能力、谈判技巧和较强的抗压性。
