## Job description

### 岗位职责 直销

大客户是指通过与面对面的互动，对重要终端消费者/业务购买方的直接销售，包括：
- 对新客户的销售，以及对现有客户的交叉/增销/重复销售
- 评估客户需求，向客户建议合适的产品、服务和/或解决方案
- 制定并交付销售投标、提案和报告演讲，并进行产品展示 任职资格
- 经济学门类-经济与贸易类-国际经济与贸易、管理学门类-工商管理类-会计学、管理学门类-公共管理类-公共关系学、管理学门类-工商管理类-市场营销相关专业，本科以上学历，在金融-银行、金融、金融-保险行业，有1-3年车商代理销售经理工作经验，有在12家全国性股份制商业银行、国内泛资管Top50、世界500强任职经历优先。
- 参加过咨询项目-战略咨询、咨询项目-管理咨询、IT项目-实施项目、IT项目-运维项目、投资项目-生产性项目、投资项目-非生产项目类项目，担任销售管理、项目管理、风险管理、战略与规划、现场销售，
- 熟悉营销与销售技能-销售管理-客户服务、营销与销售技能-销售管理-客户关系管理、营销与销售技能-销售管理-客户发展、共同资源类技能-人力资源-人力培训、金融专业知识-保险类技能-机动车辆保险，
