## Job description

岗位职责
- 推动所辖支行达成银保中收目标，完成任务考核，及时协助所辖支行全体人员开展大单陪访;
- 协助所辖支行全体人员盘点银保销售潜力客户并制定相应销售计划，牵头组织支行层面的银保沙龙及相应银保客户活动;
- 对接银保业务完成相关服务工作。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历，年龄37岁以下; 2.2-5年或以上从事金融或银保工作经验; 3.能够独立开展银保销售、组织大型沙龙和产说会、研发典范案例及讲授课程者优先； 4.遵守职业准则，严格保守客户信息秘密，无不良记录。
