## Job description

岗位职责
- 制定并执行社群运营的整体策略，包括社群用户增长策略、用户转化链路设计与优化、社群销转体系搭建与优化。
- 制定社群运营SOP，挖掘分析社群运营关键数据，监测私域运营效果，持续优化SOP。
- 开展日常群内容推动触达、进行群内答疑互动、舆情管理。
- 根据用户画像，探索并输出具备长期用户价值的社群内容，策划社区话题活动，增强用户粘性，提升用户活跃度和复购率。 任职资格 1、3年及以上社群运营或私域运营相关工作经验，有成功操盘社群案例者优先。 2、熟悉微信生态及各类社群运营工具，能有效运用SCRM系统管理用户。 3、强大的数据分析能力，能运用数据驱动决策，优化运营效率。
