## Job description

岗位职责

### 客户拓展
- 根据公司提供的潜客资源，通过电话外呼、企业微信及其他线上工具提供期货开户服务，达成开户目标；

### 客户维护
- 保持与潜在客户的互动，了解和响应潜客需求，提升开户转化率；

### 优化提升
- 通过数据和结果分析，优化触客方式、流程和工具，提升转化效果。​​​ 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，口齿清楚，普通话标准、流利，有金融行业销售或呼叫中心经验者优先；
- 工作主动积极，具备良好的心理素质，对销售工作充满热情，适应高效、追求业绩的工作环境；
- 善于沟通，具备良好的服务意识、耐心和责任心；​​
- 学习能力强，具备基本的金融专业知识、办公软件技能，具备期货从业资格（或试用期内通过期货从业考试）。​​
