## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助支行长做好业务团队管理，结合业务团队的特点，分解和制定达成团队业务目标的具体工作计划。
- 通过有效的日常活动量管理与针对性的辅导训练，提升团队成员技能和产能。
- 组织团队成员建立、维护和管理所属客户及潜在客户关系，陪同拜访客户，协助维护大客户，提供高水平的服务。
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保团队有品质的持续经营，协调处理客户投诉。
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；金融业营销经验5年及以上，过往业绩表现良好，有管理经验者优先。
- 具有良好的规划策划、分析并解决问题能力；良好的沟通协作、担当精神，抗压耐力，善于管理团队，工作细致。
- 职业操守良好，风险合规意识强。
- 无违法、违规及不良从业记录。
