## Job description

岗位职责
- 推动落实相关业务策略，促进跨部门沟通协调，确保总行战略在分行落地；建立业绩预警机制、追踪机制、监测机制，开展业务深度经营分析及沟通检视，形成业绩推动的闭环管理;
- 重点产品及关键战役推动，包括调研、培训、追踪、跟进需求、推动问题解决;
- 经营及销售经验挖掘，促进零售业务改善和提升，对重点及落后支行做帮扶支持;
- 队伍管理推动，条线人员管理，推动队伍梯队建设及人才发展;
- 深入分析研究分行本地化市场及业务发展情况，结合综合经营和线上化经营思路，做好决策支持。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 有一线工作经验及营销经验，熟悉银行理财、贷款、客户经营等业务产品及流程；有同业中台推动管理岗位经验者优先；
- 有良好的经营数据分析能力，能聚焦业务目标分析数据、产出方案。熟悉大数据技术及工具者优先；
- 具备优秀的沟通协调及表达能力，能够跨部门协作，能够培训授课，能统筹推动项目落地；
- 职业操守良好，品行端正，无严重违规违纪行为及不良从业记录。
