## Job description

岗位职责 功能推广与培训，用户行为分析； 数据监控与搭建数据看板，效果评估，需求挖掘与实现； 活动策划与执行； 用户生命周期管理； 社群运营，反馈通道建设。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网运营经理经验，对用户增长和营销玩法熟悉并有自己创新想法和成功经验；
- 热爱文字、热爱生活、热爱运动是重要加分项；
- 项目管理能力强，有风险意识，具备优秀的沟通和抗压能力、跨部门协调能力。
- 熟悉保险或医疗健康领域，具备项目经验者或业务实操经验优先；
- 拥有视频剪辑能力或有网感敏锐捕捉热点或有扎实文案策划能力
