## Job description

岗位职责 负责家办主题培训及客户沙龙的组织策划、授课分享等 负责重点客户的全流程陪访管理，包括KYC收集、需求挖掘、陪访实施、访后追单等 负责外部专家、服务资源的管理及统筹，结合队伍需求做好资源匹配和投放等工作 任职资格 本科以上学历； 5年以上私行客户经理或保险一线业务工作经验，至少3年以上高客经营开发经验，具备高客陪访、高客沙龙组织分享等经历，熟悉高净值客户画像及需求； 具备较强的沟通协调能力、讲授能力、持续学习能力； 具备法律/税务/金融等财富管理及传承领域专业背景、证书的员工优先；
