## Job description

岗位职责
- 结合公司发展战略，协助制定、调整分公司年度或滚动三年的总体发展规划和经营目标；
- 协助制定公司年度行动方案，围绕KPI达成，制定分季度、分月经营目标，落实追踪和检视工作；
- 动态监控各项指标，预测业务发展趋势，定期输出业务分析和达成预判；
- 根据公司管理层需要，制作专题分析报告、半年度和年度等工作报告；
- 制作经营分析相关月度报表，及领导交办的其它工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业背景，数统专业优先；
- 对数据敏感、逻辑思维及分析能力强，责任性强；
- 熟练使用OFFICE办公软件。
