## Job description

岗位职责
- 投流策略制定 （1）深入了解新媒体平台的广告投放机制和规则，结合公司的品牌定位和营销目标，制定科学合理的投流推广策略。 （2）分析目标受众的特征和行为习惯，精准定位投放人群，提高广告投放的针对性和效果。 （3）不同的营销活动和产品特点，制定个性化的投流方案，确保推广效果最大化。
- 广告投放执行 （1）负责在新媒体平台上进行广告投放操作，包括设置广告预算、出价、投放时间、地域等参数。 （2）监控广告投放效果，及时调整投放策略和参数，确保广告投放的效果和成本控制在合理范围内。 （3）与新媒体平台的广告代理商或合作方保持良好的沟通和合作关系，及时解决投放过程中出现的问题。
- 数据分析与优化 （1）定期收集和分析广告投放数据，根据数据分析结果，提出优化建议和改进措施。
- 市场调研与竞品分析 （1）关注新媒体行业的发展动态和趋势，了解竞争对手的投流推广策略和效果，为公司的投流推广提供参考。 （2）进行市场调研，了解目标受众的需求和偏好，为广告创意和投放策。 任职资格 1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告学、传播学等相关专业优先。 2. 1~2年新媒体投流推广工作经验优先 3. 熟悉新媒体平台的广告投放系统和工具，如微信、抖音、小红书等。 4. 具备数据分析和解读能力，能够熟练使用数据分析工具，如 Excel 等。 5. 有一定的广告创意和文案撰写能力，能够制作吸引人的广告素材。 6. 了解搜索引擎优化（SEO）和搜索引擎营销（SEM）的基本知识。 7. 具有较强的市场敏感度和洞察力，能够及时把握市场动态和趋势。 8. 有较强的责任心和执行力，能够按时完成工作任务。 9. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同部门的人员协作完成工作任务。 10. 抗压能力强，能够适应快节奏的工作环境。
