## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责渠道中心销售和品质的过程指标追踪及数据支持及报表制作；
- 完成人员管理及月度绩效核算、完成预算管理及相关费用报销；
- 协助渠道总监（VP）和渠道经理（MP）完成团队人员招募；
- 负责团队日常报销工作、方案兑现及其它渠道中心日常事务支持；
- 完成公司安排的其它事项。 任职资格

### 教育程度
- 本科及以上学历。

### 相关经验
- 1年以上风控经验。

### 专业能力
- 具备较强的逻辑思维能力；有较强的沟通协调及表达能力、组织策划能力、优秀的口头及书面表达能力。
