## Job description

### 岗位职责 团队负责人的主要职责是在遵守合规风险管理要求的前提下
- 负责团队业务发展规划；完成团队各项行为管理、质量管理、业绩管理工作；推动业务拓展，策划并组织所辖团队的营销活动，达成团队的目标任务；
- 负责团队人力发展规划；推动所辖团队建设、人才培养和内外部协调沟通；组织所辖团队的产品、技能、政策培训；实现团队的有效增员和优胜劣汰；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保业务品质及合规服务，协调处理客户投诉；
- 完成上级单位分配的其他工作事项。 任职资格 1. 本科及以上学历； 2. 丰富的市场开拓经验，较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理及组织能力； 3. 3年及以上营销经验，丰富的市场营销专业知识，熟悉各种金融产品及相关业务； 4. 具有产业集群、商圈、产业链等客户资源或行业经验； 5.无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录；符合平安银行亲属回避政策。
