## Job description

岗位职责

### 资产池产品规划与系统建设
- 跟踪市场与同业动态，调研客户及分行需求，主导资产池新产品、新模式及业务流程设计；负责核心系统需求分析、功能规划、项目推进与迭代优化。

### 推动产品与技术融合
- 作为业务与科技的桥梁，建立跨部门协作机制，精准传递业务需求，协同科技、运营、风险等部门完成系统开发、测试、投产及持续优化。

### 牵头重点项目落地
- 负责重点客户及场景的营销推动，为分行提供需求分析、方案设计、营销协助、授信沟通等全流程支持，统筹资源推动项目高效落地。

### 以数据与系统赋能业务增长
- 分析分行经营数据与客户结构，识别增长机会与薄弱环节，提供经营策略与商机建议；探索数据在资产池业务中的创新应用，建立商机跟踪与效果评估闭环。 任职资格
- 本科及以上，金融、经济、管理、计算机等相关专业优先。
- 具备银行对公产品及业务经验，熟悉供应链业务逻辑，有票据、信用证、供应链金融、企业财资管理经验者优先。
- 具备产品规划、需求分析与方案设计能力，能独立完成需求梳理、方案设计及文档编写。
- 具备良好的沟通、项目管理及统筹协调能力，能有效整合资源，推动复杂项目落地。
- 责任心强、自驱力强，具备团队合作意识、学习能力和抗压能力，敢于创新，适应快速变化的业务环境。
