## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责研究市场情况和同业态势，负责分行公司业务经营规划的落地、监测业务推动成效；
- 负责服务、对接一线经营机构，制定重点客户的营销推动计划，协同团队开展重点指标营销；
- 负责跟踪各项经营目标执行落地，通过数据分析、沟通调研等，做好问题预警，推进解决。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历，经济、金融、市场营销等相关专业优先；
- 具备3年及以上银行公司或零售业务领域工作经验，具有市场一线工作经验者优先；
- 具有较强的服务意识、执行力和总结分析能力，具备良好的组织协调能力；
- 职业操守良好，品行端正，具备较强的责任心和团队精神，无严重违规违纪行为及不良从业记录。
