## Job description

岗位职责 1.负责当地农险案件查勘、事故原因调查、资料收集、保险责任及损失核定等工作；2.负责农险案件跟踪，重大、疑难案件沟通、协调工作；3.负责农险未决金额估损填报、跟踪、清理工作；4.完成领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，农学、金融、工科专业优先；2.具有理赔工作经验者优先；3.持有C1及以上驾照，能接受短期出差；4.对灾害评估标准有判断能力，对赔付成本的组成有较强的理解能力；5.执行力强，抗压能力强，工作实效性高，沟通表达能力好，能吃苦耐劳。
