## Job description

岗位职责 1、综拓业务目标分解及计划、业务支持，执行渠道人员绩效管理；做好银行业渠道和平台的合规和风险防控工作；协助拓展创新业务； 2、推动与产险和养老险等渠道合作相关业务；推动公私联动代发及三管业务；做好银行业渠道和平台的合规和风险防控工作；协助拓展创新业务。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历。 2.1-3年相关工作经验。
