## Job description

岗位职责
- 研判团财市场及业务趋势、解读政策、并结合公司经营导向和目标，进行产品定价、方案制定、产品支持等工作；
- 负责产品业务推动与支持，客户陪访，提给予专业建议；
- 负责市场调研、数据分析、案例萃取、培训支持等工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，数统、计算机、医学相关专业优先；
- 具备保险行业相关工作经验，熟悉团体财产险核保流程;
- 具备较强的沟通能力和风险评估能力;
